This mighty warrior can be seen in the  lobby of the Leominster Historical Society.
The fragment of "The Battle of Issus" (third century BC) depicts Alexander the Great pursuing a Persian warrior during his great battle against Darius, King of Prussia.

Plaster bas-relief frieze installed in the Leominster High School on West Street, circa 1909. Rescued, removed and installed at the Historical Society in 2002.
